i123 Group, Inc., here in referred to as “i123” and named client below, here in referred to as the “client”, have entered into an agreement for which i123 Group, Inc. will host, design, and maintain a website for the client under the terms of service.

This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This contract supersedes any prior written or oral agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be agreed to by both parties, in writing or by electronic means. This contract should be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.

By clicking “Submit”, the client is acknowledging that the client has read through this entire agreement, the ”Terms of Service“ agreement, and the current plan offerings, and understands all terms including all technical terminology.
