i123 group, inc. here in referred to as “i123” agrees to furnish services to the “client”, as named in the contract, subject to the following Terms of Service, referred to as "TOS". This agreement should be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. i123 reserves the right to amend or change the TOS or policies at any time.

Contract term: The contract term is month to month. The contract is automatically renewed the first of each month with your payment. You agree to these terms with each months payment. Non-payment will terminate the contract and any service that i123 provides will end or cease at that time. Payment of fees associated with new contracts and new services are due within the payment terms. i123 may disable, remove, or terminate service at i123's sole discretion if payment is not received. The contract may be cancelled by i123 at months end. Clients can end the contract at any time. Clients will not receive any prorated amounts. Any extensions of the contract are at i123's discretion.

Additional domain names: Once a client is under contract with i123, they may add additional domains. A domain name can be used as a stand-alone site or an alias of a web site already built by i123. No domain names under contract will be linked away from i123 or to other hosting provider other than i123.

Service rates: Client will be invoiced for services provided by i123. Plans and pricing subject to change. Taxes and Domain Name fees are additional. Client will be charged for any changes, additions, or usages that are over and above the contracted allotment. i123 is providing only the services contracted. See the i123 web site for current plans, pricing, and details. No other service is implied or offered.

Payment: i123 is now using a third-party credit card company for automatic monthly payment. Clients credit card information will need to be saved with them for payments to i123. Payment for the contract term must be received on or before the first day of the contract month. A failure to do so will cause the site to be disabled; e-mail, e-commerce, forms, and other processes may also be affected by a failure to make payment on time. All fees that i123 charges must be paid within the terms. i123 shall be named as the administrator, technical, and billing contacts for the client's domain name when a new Domain Name is established or by having an existing Domain Name transferred into the domain name registrar of i123’s accounts. For any Domain Name not under i123 management, the client is solely responsible for the management of that Domain Name. Domain Names are not under i123’s control. Internic is the governing body for all domains. A failure to pay Domain Name fees may cause removal of your Domain Name from the DNS table, causing the web site to become disabled; e-mail, e-commerce, forms, and other processes may also be affected. Once a domain name is removed from the DNS table, it may take some time to re-instate your status, even after payment has been made. There may be additional charges associated with late payment and/or re-instatement. These charges would be due within 7 days, and are the client’s responsibility. There is also the chance of losing the Domain Name if payment is not made in time and would be the client’s responsibility. Once payment is made, i123 will try in good faith to re-instate services. No rebate or refund shall be given by i123 for any loss of service. Any fees associated with service are due within the terms of the invoice. i123 may disable, remove, or terminate service at their sole discretion if payment is not received within payment terms. See rate card for pricing details.

Other web browsers may not support code designed to this benchmark. Billing will be defined by i123 during the design phase. We may use page count, number of screens of content, number of navigation menu items, or links to content, to determine billing/invoice amount.
